The Winstar WRS-400MC-RS GOV-SPEC is a compact solar-powered combination radar speed feedback and full-matrix variable message sign trailer. It is based on the proven WRS-400MC trailer, powered mast, solar, NTCIP controller, cellular, GPS, and WinstarCloud architecture, with a bid-specific 4-foot by 8-foot display and integrated traffic radar package.
This configuration is designed for military installations, security checkpoints, traffic-calming operations, municipal roadways, work zones, emergency traffic management, and events requiring vehicle-speed feedback and remotely managed traffic messages.
Each Winstar WRS-400MC-RS is custom made to order. Estimated lead time is 6–8 weeks after approved submittals and receipt of order, subject to component availability and final production testing.
