Its advanced optics and low-light performance ensure clear, consistent video capture day or night, in any weather. Municipalities can configure the system for roadway monitoring, pedestrian safety, neighborhood watch programs, or general security applications. This system is fully upgradeable — allowing municipalities to begin with camera-based monitoring today and later expand with radar and license plate recognition (LPR) for complete traffic data collection and enforcement.
With IP65-rated weather protection, AC or solar power options, and secure web-based control, the system delivers dependable performance and flexible deployment across diverse environments.
The system offers flexible mounting options and can be installed on nearly any suitable round pole, including a wide range of pole diameters and heights. Mounting brackets can be configured for larger-diameter poles, while the camera can be positioned to accommodate the specific roadway, viewing distance, and site conditions.
For long-term reliability and high-volume operation, we recommend A/C Wired power with a direct ethernet connection, installed by a Winstar Professional Installation Partner or a qualified local contractor. Please review our Recommended Installation Guide and Specifications.
